Return Period
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we want to give you enough time to make that decision.
How to Return an Item
Returns can be made by mail only. It’s easy:
- Email us at care@mintoshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll send you a return label that you can download and print.
- Package the item securely, include your proof of purchase (receipt or order number), and attach the return label.
Once it's ready, drop it off at your nearest courier.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for items that are:
- New and unused
- In the original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
Please note, we cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
These items are made especially for you and can't be resold.
Return Shipping Costs
Here’s how shipping costs work for returns:

If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping for you.
There are no restocking fees. Return it, and that’s it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If everything checks out, you’ll receive your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Haven’t Received Your Refund?
If it’s been a few days and you still haven’t seen your refund:
- Double-check your bank or card account.
- Contact your bank, sometimes it takes a bit of time for refunds to show up.
- If it’s still not there, just reach out to us at care@mintoshop.com. We’ll help sort it out.
Exchange Policy
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you’d like to switch to a different product, simply return the item (if eligible), and place a new order for the one you want.
This helps us process things faster and more accurately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re really sorry if something arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered. Please send us an email with photos and your order details at care@mintoshop.com. We’ll take care of it right away.
