These Terms of Service apply to use of https://mintoshop.com and purchases made through our online store.

Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Authenticity Guarantee.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Business Information and Website Use

Minto Shop LLC is an independent UAE-based retailer of perfumes and fragrances.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to place orders independently. Anyone under 18 may use the website only with appropriate adult supervision and authorisation.

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

The website must not be used for fraudulent transactions, unlawful activities or activities that interfere with website security.

2. Products and Authenticity

We are committed to supplying genuine perfumes and fragrances.

Product listings identify the fragrance, brand, size, concentration, format and relevant product condition.

Gift-set contents and any special product condition must be disclosed before purchase.

Testers, unboxed products or items with different presentations must be clearly identified in their listings.

Products described as new and sealed are supplied in that condition, with manufacturer seals where applicable.

Packaging may vary between manufacturer batches or markets. Such variations do not permit substitution of another fragrance, concentration, size or undisclosed condition.

Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Minto Shop LLC does not imply authorised dealership, official distribution or brand endorsement unless expressly stated and supported.

3. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Payments

Product prices for UAE customers are displayed in AED and include applicable UAE VAT.

Purchases are supplied with a UAE VAT invoice issued by Minto Shop LLC.

Delivery throughout the UAE is free, with no minimum order value.

The final order total is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible UAE orders valued at AED 300 or less.

Other online payment options, including Tabby where available, are subject to checkout availability and eligibility.

In the event of a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact the customer to confirm corrected details or arrange cancellation and a refund.

We will not charge a higher price without customer agreement.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.

Order acceptance is confirmed by dispatch confirmation unless expressly confirmed earlier.

We may cancel or decline an order because of stock unavailability, material pricing errors, unsuccessful payment verification or reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

If a paid order is cancelled, the payment is refunded.

For collected Cash on Delivery payments, refunds are made by bank transfer, or store credit only with the customer's agreement.

We will not substitute another fragrance, size or concentration without customer agreement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the UAE and delivered throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Cost: Free, no minimum order value.

Estimated Total Delivery: 1–2 business days, including handling and transit.

Handling: 0–1 processing business day.

Processing Days: Saturday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Daily Cutoff: 5:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4).

Orders placed after the cutoff are processed on the next available processing day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays and delivery location.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact support promptly to request an order cancellation or delivery address change.

Changes can generally be arranged only before dispatch.

After dispatch, requests are handled under the Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Perfumes must be unused, unopened and unsprayed, in their original condition and packaging, with manufacturer seals intact where applicable.

Opened or used perfumes, products with broken manufacturer seals and gift cards are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns.

Any Final Sale exclusion must be disclosed before purchase.

These conditions do not restrict applicable remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Minto Shop LLC arranges and pays for approved return pickup within the UAE, including eligible change-of-mind returns.

No restocking fee applies.

Returned items are inspected and the customer is informed of the outcome within 2 business days after receipt and inspection.

Approved card refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Collected COD payments are refunded by bank transfer, or as store credit only with customer agreement.

8. Product Care and Support

Customers should follow the manufacturer's product instructions and warnings.

Fragrances should be stored away from excessive heat and direct sunlight and kept out of children's reach.

Fragrance preferences and performance may vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee identical fragrance experiences or specific wear times for every customer.

This does not limit remedies for defective, damaged or misdescribed products.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content and design belong to Minto Shop LLC or the respective rights holders.

Product brands, trademarks, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers may use the website for personal shopping.

Commercial copying or reproduction requires the relevant rights holder's permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Website Availability and Liability

Temporary technical interruptions, maintenance or errors may occur.

Customers should contact support if an error affects an order.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy and Payment Information

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Online payment providers process payment card information. Minto Shop LLC does not store complete payment card details on its own servers.
