Shipping policy

At Minto Shop, we work hard to make sure your order is delivered quickly, accurately, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (Monday to Saturday) are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

All orders are generally processed and ready to ship within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Transit Time & Total Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 4 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
No extra fees, no minimum spend, just easy, straightforward delivery.

Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship within the UAE.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we hope to expand soon!

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to check the progress of your delivery at any time.

If you don’t see the email or have any trouble tracking your package, reach out, we’re happy to help.

Wrong Address or Canceling an Order

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at care@mintoshop.com or call us at +971 563098713.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address or cancel it for you.
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and additional delivery fees could apply for resending.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are already in transit.

Shipping Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control, like weather, high delivery volumes during holidays, or courier disruptions.

If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated and work with the courier to get it to you as soon as possible. You’re always welcome to contact us for support.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived on time or something seems off with your delivery, let us know right away. We’ll look into it and resolve the issue quickly.
