1. Currency and VAT

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and include applicable UAE VAT.

2. Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include eligible credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later services and cash on delivery. Availability may vary according to order value, product, customer location and payment-provider approval.

3. Secure processing

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Minto Shop LLC does not directly store complete card details.

4. Verification

For customer protection and fraud prevention, we may request order confirmation, identification or payment verification, particularly for high-value electronics. An order may be held or cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If payment fails, the order may remain incomplete. If you believe you were charged more than once, contact care@mintoshop.com with the order number and transaction evidence. Pending bank authorizations may take several days to disappear and are controlled by the issuing bank.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Bank and payment-provider processing times apply.
