Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased from Minto Shop LLC. Warranty coverage, duration and service method vary by brand, model, regional version and supplier.

1. Applicable warranty

The applicable warranty, if any, is the manufacturer or supplier warranty stated on the product page, product packaging or sales invoice. If no warranty duration is displayed, please contact us before purchase for confirmation.

Warranty service may be provided by the manufacturer, an authorized service centre, a regional distributor, a supplier or Minto Shop, depending on the product and applicable coverage.

2. What warranty normally covers

Subject to diagnosis and the applicable manufacturer or supplier terms, warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use.

3. What warranty does not cover

Warranty does not normally cover:

  • Accidental damage, impact, cracks, dents or cosmetic damage

  • Liquid, moisture, corrosion, sand, dust or heat damage

  • Misuse, neglect, improper storage or use contrary to manufacturer instructions

  • Power surge, incorrect voltage, unsuitable chargers or third-party accessories

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, rooting, jailbreaking or tampering

  • Removed, altered or unreadable serial numbers or IMEI numbers

  • Malware, software corruption, account lock, forgotten password or user-created data issues

  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts, including battery degradation, unless covered by the manufacturer

  • Damage caused by installation or use of incompatible accessories

  • Products used for commercial or abnormal purposes contrary to their intended use

4. Warranty claim requirements

To request warranty support, provide:

  • Order number or sales invoice

  • Product serial number or IMEI

  • Description of the fault

  • Photographs or video where requested

  • The product and included accessories required for testing

The serial number or IMEI must match our sales and dispatch records.

5. Diagnosis and remedy

The product may need to be inspected by Minto Shop, the supplier, manufacturer or service centre. Depending on the diagnosis and applicable warranty, the remedy may be repair, replacement, credit or another solution required by applicable law.

Replacement is not automatic before technical inspection. Repair and assessment times vary according to the manufacturer, parts availability, service-centre procedures and product type.

6. Data responsibility

Customers must back up all data and remove accounts, passwords, SIM cards and memory cards before submitting a device. Service may require resetting, erasing or replacing the device. Minto Shop and the service provider are not responsible for data loss to the extent permitted by law.

7. Warranty and statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
